भारत में बढ़ती अस्पताल की संख्या Hospital Management के Career को ऊंचाई पर ले जा रही है. पिछले कुछ सालों से Hospital management में काफी डिमांड आई जिस वजह से आप इसमें करियर बनाकर अपने सपनों को उड़ान दे सकते हैं.
Hospital Management क्या है? (What is Hospital Managment?) Hospital एक संस्थान होता है जिसे Management की सख्त जरूरत होती है. अगर इसमें Management न किया जाए तो ये समझिए कि Hospital का बंटाढार हो जाएगा.
Hospital Management का मतलब होता है कि आपको Hospital की व्यवस्था को सुचारु रूप से चलाए रखना है. आपको Hospital के लिए अच्छे Doctors लाना है, Doctors के लिए उनकी जरूरत के उपकरण उपलब्ध कराना है, नई तकनीक को अपने hospital में लाना है, मरीजों की समस्याओं को दूर करना है.
Hospital Management करने वाला व्यक्ति Hospital में इलाज तो नहीं करता लेकिन एक व्यक्ति को Hospital से Gate से लेकर Hospital में Doctor तक पहुंचाने और उसका इलाज करवाने की समस्त व्यवस्था को बनाए रखने का जिम्मा होता है.
Hospital Management के लिए योग्यता Hospital Management का कोर्स करने के लिए आपको डॉक्टर बनने की जरूरत नहीं होती है. इसके लिए आप केवल 12 वी बायो विषय के साथ पास करें. आप अच्छे अंकों से 12वी पास करने के प्रयास करें. इसके बाद आप Hospital Management में Graduation या Post Graduation कर सकते हैं.
Hospital Management Course Hospital Management के लिए ज्यादा कोर्स तो उपलब्ध नहीं है लेकिन आप कुछ चुनिंदा कोर्स के साथ ही इसमें करियर बना सकते हैं.

Jobs in Hospital Management Hospital Management Course करने के बाद आपको जॉब की तलाश होती है. इस सेक्टर में आप प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल, हेल्थकेयर सेंटर, फिटनेस सेंटर, हेल्थ ऑर्गनाईजेशन, पब्लिक हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट, नर्सिंग हाउस आदि में नौकरी पा सकते हैं.
इस सेक्टर में आपकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारी एक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान के मैनेजमेंट को संभालने की होती है. जैसे आप किसी अस्पताल में नौकरी पाते हैं तो आपको उस अस्पताल का पूरा मैनजमेंट देखना होता है. यही आपकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारी होती है.
Hospital Management Salary Hospital Management में यदि आप नौकरी पाते हैं तो आपको अनुभव और जिम्मेदारी के आधार पर सैलरी मिलती है. इस क्षेत्र में यदि आप शुरुआती तौर पर ही किसी बड़े अस्पताल में नौकरी पाते हैं तो आपकी सैलरी 40 से 50 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह हो सकती है. वहीं सरकारी संस्थान में आपको सैलरी 1 लाख रुपये प्रतिमाह तक हो सकती है.
Hospital Management के क्षेत्र मेँ करियर की असीम संभावनाएं हैं. इसमें काफी स्कोप भी है क्योंकि काफी कम लोग ही इस फील्ड का चयन करते हैं. इसलिए इसमें काफी कम काम्पिटिशन है. आप इसमें प्रतियोगिता के साथ ही नौकरी पा सकते हैं.
