AILET एक ऐसी परीक्षा है जो आपके वकील बनने के सपने को पूरा कर सकती है. वकालत के क्षेत्र में यदि आप अंडर ग्रेजुएट, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट या PhD करना चाहते हैं तो ये Entrance Exam आपकी काफी ज्यादा मदद करेगी. वकालत के क्षेत्र में एक बढ़िया इंस्टिट्यूट से किसी लॉ कोर्स को करने की चाहत है तो AILET जरूर दें.
AILET क्या है? (What is AILET?) AILET एक Entrance Test है जो वकालत के क्षेत्र में किसी कोर्स को करने के लिए दिया जाता है. इसका पूरा नाम All India Law Entrance Test है. (AILET Full Form)
AILET देकर आप NLU यानी National Law University, New Delhi में Admission ले सकते हैं.
NLU में आप BA LLB, LLM और PhD कोर्स में एडमिशन ले सकते हैं. इस टेस्ट को देकर आप सिर्फ NLU Delhi में एडमिशन ले सकते हैं.
AILET के लिए योग्यता (AILET Eligibility) AILET देने के लिए कुछ खास योग्यताओं की डिमांड की जाती है.
BA LLB Eligibility – इसके लिए उम्मीदवार 12वी पास हो.
– 12वी में उम्मीदवार के कम से कम 45 प्रतिशत मार्क्स हो.
– 12वी में पढ़ने वाले स्टूडेंट भी इसके लिए अप्लाइ कर सकते हैं.
LLM Eligibility – उम्मीदवार ने LLB की हो.
– उम्मीदवार के LLB में कम से कम 50 प्रतिशत मार्क्स हो.
– जो उम्मीदवार LLB के अंतिम वर्ष में हैं वो भी इसके लिए अप्लाइ कर सकते हैं.
PhD Eligibility PHD में एडमिशन लेने के लिए उम्मीदवार ने LLM किया हो तथा LLM में उसके मार्क्स कम से कम 55 प्रतिशत हो.
AILET Exam Fees AILET देने के लिए आपको ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना होगा. फॉर्म भरते वक्त आपको एग्जाम फीस भी देनी होगी. AILET Exam Fees 3050 रुपये जनरल और ओबीसी के लिए. एससी और एसटी के लिए 1050 रुपये फीस है.
NLU Seet Intake AILET की मदद से आप NLU में Admission पा सकते हैं लेकिन यहाँ पर सीटों की संख्या सीमित होती है. आपको कड़ी मेहनत करके इस यूनिवर्सिटी में एडमिशन मिलता है. इसमें सीटों की संख्या आप नीचे देख सकते हैं.

AILET Exam Pattern AILET Exam एक ऑफलाइन एग्जाम है. जिसमें आपसे वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं. पेपर हल करने के लिए आपको 1 घंटा 30 मिनट का समय दिया जाता है. इसमें BA LLB और LLM के लिए अलग-अलग पेपर होता है.
BA LLB के पेपर की बात करें तो उसमें English Language के 50 प्रश्न, Current Affair & General Knowledge के 30 प्रश्न और Logical Reasoning के 70 प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं. इस तरह कुल 150 प्रश्नों का पेपर होता है.
सही उत्तर देने पर एक अंक प्राप्त होता है वहीं गलत उत्तर देने पर आपके 0.25 मार्क्स काट लिए जाते हैं.
NLU BA LLB Fees National Law University, New Delhi से यदि आप BA LLB करना चाहते हैं तो आपकी लगभग फीस 1,86,000 रुपये है. इस फीस में आपके सभी खर्चे शामिल हैं.
CLAT और AILET में क्या अंतर है? (Is AILET Tougher than CLAT?) CLAT एक Common Entrance test है. इसकी मदद से आप भारत की 22 लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के कॉलेज में एडमिशन पा सकते हैं. लेकिन यदि आपको सिर्फ NLU में ही एडमिशन पाना है तो आपको AILET देना होता है. AILET का लेवल CLAT से ज्यादा है और इसका पेपर भी CLAT से कठिन होता है.
आप CLAT के स्कोरकार्ड के साथ NLU में एडमिशन नहीं ले सकते हैं. NLU में एडमिशन लेने के लिए आपको AILET का स्कोरकार्ड आवश्यक है.

AILET के लिए कैसे अप्लाइ करें? (How to apply for AILET?) AILET के लिए आप नोटिफिकेशन आने पर अप्लाइ कर सकते हैं. अप्लाइ करने का पूरा प्रोसेस ऑनलाइन है. आप नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी की वेबसाइट https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in/ पर जाकर AILET के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं.
वकील बनने के लिए यदि आप देश की की टॉप यूनिवर्सिटी में एडमिशन लेना चाहते हैं तो आप 10वी के बाद से है AILET की तैयारी शुरू कर दें. इसमें प्रतियोगिता काफी ज्यादा है और कटऑफ भी काफी हाई जाता है. इसलिए इसकी तैयारी अच्छे से करना जरूरी है.
