पैन कार्ड, बैंकिंग या इनकम टैक्स आदि के फॉर्म में HUF नाम का शब्द आता है. कई लोग इसका मतलब समझते हैं लेकिन काफी सारे लोग अभी भी ये नहीं जानते कि HUF Kya hai?
HUF के जरिये आप अपने टैक्स का पैसा बचा सकते हैं. लेकिन इसके लिए आपको HUF से जुड़ी सभी जानकारी होनी चाहिए. HUF क्या है? HUF Full form क्या है? HUF से कैसे टैक्स बचा सकते हैं? HUF कैसे बनाएँ? इन सभी सवालों के जवाब आपको इस लेख में मिलेंगे.
HUF क्या है? (What is HUF?) HUF का नाम आपने किसी सरकारी फॉर्म को भरते वक़्त देखा होगा. HUF का पूरा नाम Hindu Undivided Family यानि हिन्दू अविभाजित परिवार होता है. एचयूएफ़ का तात्पर्य (What does HUF Means?) एक संयुक्त परिवार से होता है जिसमें परिवार के हर एक सदस्य को अलग-अलग इकाई के रूप में देखा जाता है.
HUF में पति-पत्नी और बच्चे शामिल होते हैं. शादी होने के बाद कोई भी व्यक्ति HUF बना सकता है. इसके लिए बच्चे होने का इंतज़ार भी नहीं करना पड़ता है. HUF के जो लाभ हैं वो दो व्यक्ति पति और पत्नी भी उठा सकते हैं. इसकी मदद से आप टैक्स में काफी सारी छूट पा सकते हैं.
HUF किसके लिए है? (Which Religion relate HUF?) एचयूएफ़ के नाम में हिन्दू अविभाजित परिवार है. इसका ये मतलब बिलकुल भी नहीं है कि ये केवल हिन्दू परिवारों के लिए है. बल्कि ये उन सभी परिवारों के लिए है जो भारत में रहते हैं. एचयूएफ़ में हिन्दू, बुद्धिस्ट, जैन और सिक्ख को भी कवर किया गया है. यानि ये सब HUF के अंतर्गत आते हैं. लेकिन मुस्लिम, पारसी या ईसाई धर्म के लोग एचयूएफ़ के अंतर्गत नहीं आते हैं. अतः वे HUF के तहत मिलने वाले लाभ को नहीं पा सकते हैं.
HUF कैसे बनाते हैं? (How to make HUF?) किसी व्यक्ति की शादी हो जाने के बाद वो HUF बना सकता है, लेकिन एचयूएफ़ बनाने के लिए कानूनी रूप से रजिस्टर होना भी बेहद जरूरी है. HUF बनाने के लिए आप नीचे दिया गया प्रोसेस फॉलो करें. – सबसे पहले तो आपको HUF PAN Card बनवाना होता है. ये ठीक उसी तरह का होता है जैसे किसी व्यक्ति का पैन कार्ड होता है. – इसके बाद आपको परिवार के मुखिया के नाम से एक स्टैम्प बनवाना होता है. – इसके बाद स्टैम्प के साथ एक डीड बनवानी होती है जो इस बात का सबूत होती है कि आप HUF बनवा रहे हैं. – जब आपका HUF PAN Card बन जाए, इसके बाद HUF Deed के साथ आप बैंक में जाकर एक HUF Bank Account खुलवाएं. – HUF Bank Account खुलवाने के बाद आप उसमें कैपिटल ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं.
HUF के फायदे (Benefits of HUF) HUF बनवाने के आपको कई सारे फायदे हो सकते हैं लेकिन इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा आपको टैक्स की छूट में मिलता है. कोई भी व्यक्ति जो कमाई करता है वो अकेले का इनकम टैक्स भरता है और अकेले की छूट पाता है. लेकिन HUF में टैक्स पर मिलने वाली छूट के लिए परिवार का हर सदस्य अप्लाई कर सकता है. इस तरीके से आपका ज्यादा टैक्स बचता है.
HUF को इनकम टैक्स एक्ट 1961 की धारा 2(31) के तहत एक व्यक्ति के तौर पर समझा जाता है और स्वतंत्र एंटीटी के आधार पर टैक्स में छूट दी जाती है.
HUF को आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 2(31) के अंतर्गत एक ‘व्यक्ति’ के तौर पर समझा जाता है और स्वतंत्र एन्टिटि के आधार पर टैक्स बेनिफिट दिए जाते हैं.
– आप HUF के तहत निजी तौर पर और HUF के सदस्य के तौर पर टैक्स में छूट ले सकते है.
– एचयूएफ़ के तहत जिन लोगों के पास पैतृक संपत्ति है या ऐसी संपत्ति है जो उन्हें वसीयत में मिली है, उन्हें सबसे ज्यादा लाभ मिल सकता है.
– कोई पुश्तैनी जायदाद बेची जाती है, तो उससे मिली रकम को भी HUF को ट्रांसफर किया जा सकता है. इससे भी आप टैक्स बचा सकते हैं.
– पैतृक संपत्ति जैसे प्रॉपर्टी आदि से आमदनी होती है, तो टैक्स बचत के लिए HUF का सहारा ले सकते हैं.
– HUF पीपीएफ खाता भी खुलवा सकते हैं. पीपीएफ अकाउंट की ब्याज दर हर साल के लिए तय होती है और इसमें जोखिम नहीं है.
