Home बिजनेस Bank Charges: पैसा निकालने से लेकर एटीएम बनाने तक बैंक करती है कई चार्ज की वसूली
बैंक में अकाउंट खुलवाकर और बैंक में पैसा जमा करने के बाद लोगों को लगता है कि उन्हें उस पर ब्याज मिलेगा और उनका पैसा बढ़ेगा. बात सही है लेकिन आप जो अकाउंट खुलवाते हैं और Banking Activity करते हैं उसके बदले में बैंक आपसे कई तरह के चार्जेस (Bank Charges List) वसूलता है.
कई सारे अकाउंट होल्डर को ये बात पता नहीं होती है. लेकिन इन सभी सुविधाओं के लिए बैंक आपसे हर साल कुछ राशि चार्ज के तौर पर वसूल लेता है. इसलिए ये समझना बेहद जरूरी है कि एक अकाउंट होल्डर से बैंक किस तरह के चार्ज (Bank Charges in India) वसूलता है.
Cash Transaction Charge
पैसे निकालने के लिए कुछ व्यक्ति एटीएम का उपयोग करते हैं तो कुछ सीधे बैंक जाकर स्लिप भरकर पैसे निकाल लेते हैं. हर बैंक महीने में 4 से 5 Cash Transaction की सुविधा देते हैं. लेकिन यदि आप उससे ज्यादा Cash transaction bank के द्वारा करते हैं तो बैंक उस पर आपसे Charges की वसूली करता है. इसे Cash transaction charge कहा जाता है. ये हर बैंक के हिसाब से अलग-अलग होता है.
ATM Transaction Charge
अकाउंट में जमा पैसों को निकालने के लिए लोग ATM का उपयोग सबसे ज्यादा करते हैं. कई लोग महीने की जरूरत का पैसा एक महीने में एक बार में ही निकाल लेते हैं तो कुछ लोग महीने में थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके पैसा एटीएम से निकालते हैं.
ATM Transaction में एक बात ध्यान रखनी चाहिए कि आप चाहे अपनी बैंक के एटीएम से पैसा निकालें या फिर किसी और बैंक के एटीएम से कुछ Transaction के बाद बैंक आपसे पैसा वसूलने लगती है.
बैंक की ओर से ATM transaction कुछ सीमित होते हैं. यदि आप इन सीमित transaction में अपना पैसा निकाल लेते हैं तो तब तो कोई दिक्कत नहीं लेकिन यदि आप सीमा पार करते हैं तो आपका पैसा कटना शुरू हो जाता है.
Minimum Balance Charge
कुछ सालों पहले भारत में Banking Sector में Minimum Balance का नियम आया था. जिसके मुताबिक सेविंग अकाउंट में आपको 3000 रुपये रखना अनिवार्य हो गया था. हालांकि ये सीमा कुछ बैंक में कम है तो कुछ में बहुत ज्यादा है.
ऐसे में यदि आप अपने अकाउंट में Minimum Balance नहीं रहते हैं तो आपके अकाउंट से बैंक पैसा काटने लगती है. इसे Minimum Balance charge कहा जाता है.
Documentation charge
एक Account Holder को Account खुलवाने के साथ ही बैंक कई तरह की सुविधाएं भी देती है. जैसे पासबुक, एटीएम, नेट बैंकिंग, चेक बुक आदि. लेकिन अगर आप ये सभी सुविधाएं दोबारा लेना चाहेंगे तो बैंक आपसे चार्ज वसूलेगी.
इसके अलावा यदि आप बैंक से अपने अकाउंट का Statement निकलवाएंगे तो बैंक उस पर भी आपसे चार्ज लेती है.
इसके अलावा दोबारा एटीएम कार्ड बनवाने, पासबुक बनवाने, चेकबुक इशू करवाने के लिए भी बैंक चार्ज लेती है. इन्हें Documentation Charge कहा जाता है.
Fund Transfer Charge
पैसों को ट्रांसफर करने के लिए आप सभी नेट बैंकिंग का इस्तेमाल करते हैं. इसमें NEFT, RTGS और IMPS के माध्यम से आप fund transfer कर सकते हैं.
लेकिन ये सभी पूरी तरह फ्री नहीं होते हैं. इनमें आप जो राशि ट्रांसफर कर रहे हैं उस हिसाब से आपको Fund Transfer Charge भी देना पड़ते हैं.
Consolidated Charge
किसी बैंकिंग एरर के कारण यदि आपके खाते से कोई राशि कट जाए तो उसे Consolidated charge कहते हैं. इसे कुछ मामलों में बैंक वापस कर देती है और कुछ मामलों में नहीं करती है.
ये पूरी तरह बैंक पर निर्भर करता है. जैसे यदि आपने अपने अकाउंट से मोबाइल रिचार्ज किया. पैसा कट गया लेकिन रिचार्ज नहीं हुआ. ऐसी स्थिति में बैंक कुछ दिनों बाद आपका पैसा वापस कर देती है. लेकिन कुछ मामलों में ये पैसा वापस नहीं हो पाता है.
अब आप समझ गए होंगे कि बैंक आपसे किस तरह चार्ज की वसूली करती है. कई बार आपके साथ ऐसा भी हो सकता है कि बैंक आपको जितना ब्याज न दे उससे ज्यादा चार्ज काट ले. ऐसे में आपके लिए बैंक में पैसा रखना एक घाटे का सौदा साबित होगा. लेकिन आजकल बैंक अकाउंट होना और बैंक अकाउंट में पैसा होना बेहद जरूरी है. क्योंकि कई सारे कामों में ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करने की जरूरत पड़ने लगी है.
