IAS या IPS बनना हो तो UPSC Exam देनी होती है. हम सभी यही जानते हैं. लेकिन यूपीएससी के जरिये और भी कई सारे पदों पर Group A Officer की भर्ती की जाती है. अगर आप Economics में रुचि रखते हैं और उसी से ग्रेजुएशन और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन किया है तो आपको UPSC IES/ISS के बारे में जरूर जानना चाहिए.
UPSC IES/ISS क्या है? | What is UPSC IES/ISS? यूपीएससी आईईएस/आईएसएस एक प्रतियोगी परीक्षा है जिसे हर साल यूपीएससी द्वारा आयोजित किया जाता है. इसका पूरा नाम Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service है. इसके जरिये आप भारत के वित्तीय विभाग तथा सांख्यिकी विभाग में ग्रुप ए के अधिकारी की नौकरी पा सकते हैं. इस एक्जाम में क्वालिफाइ होने के बाद आप अनुभव के आधार पर भारत के Chief Economic Advisor भी बन सकते हैं.
UPSC IES/ISS के लिए योग्यता | Eligibility for UPSC IES/ISS IES तथा ISS एक्जाम में हिस्सा लेने के लिए कुछ योग्यता की डिमांड की जाती है. जिन्हें आपको पूरा करना होता है.
– IES के लिए उम्मीदवार का Economics, Applied Economics, business economics में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट डिग्री प्राप्त होनी चाहिए.
– ISS के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास सांख्यिकी, गणितीय सांख्यिकी, अप्लाइड स्टेटिक्स में ग्रेजुएशन होना चाहिए.
– उम्मीदवार की आयु 21 से 30 साल के बीच होना चाहिए. (एसटी, एससी, ओबीसी को आयु सीमा में छूट प्राप्त है.)

UPSC IES/ISS Exam Pattern IES/ISS एक्जाम पैटर्न की बात करें तो ये दोनों ही एक्जाम दो चरणों में होती है. पहला चरण लिखित परीक्षा है और दूसरा चरण इंटरव्यू है. लिखित परीक्षा में कुल 6 पेपर होते हैं जो 1000 अंकों के होते हैं. प्रत्येक पेपर को हल करने के लिए 3 घंटे का समय दिया जाता है.
लिखित परीक्षा के बाद इंटरव्यू होता है जो 200 अंकों का होता है.
IES परीक्षा में निम्न विषयों के पेपर होते हैं.
1) General English (100 Marks) 2) General Studies (100 Marks) 3) General Economics I (200 Marks) 4) General Economics II (200 Marks) 5) General Economics III (200 Marks) 6) Indian Economics (200 Marks)
ISS परीक्षा में निम्न विषयों के पेपर होते हैं.
1) General English (100 Marks) 2) General Studies (100 Marks) 3) Statistics I (200 Marks) 4) Statistics II (200 Marks) 5) Statistics III (200 Marks) 6) Statistics IV (200 Marks)
IES/ISS Salary यूपीएससी की ये परीक्षा एक कठिन परीक्षा है यदि आप इसे पार कर जाते हैं तो आपकी सैलरी 40 हजार से 80 हजार रुपये के बीच होगी. इसके साथ ही आपको आवास सुविधा, वाहन सुविधा, मेडिकल सुविधा, पर्सनल असिस्टेंट, ड्राइवर, प्यून, यात्रा भत्ता जैसी सुविधाएं भी मिलेंगी. अगर आप IES एक्जाम देते हैं तो आपका चयन Assistant director के रूप में होता है जिसके बाद आपका बाद बढ़ते रहता है. ISS में भी आपका चयन Assistant director के रूप में होता है.
IES/ISS परीक्षा एक कठिन परीक्षा है लेकिन इसमें हिस्सा लेने वाले प्रतियोगी कम है. इसकी वजह ये है कि इसे सिर्फ Economics और Statistics में ग्रेजुएशन और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन करने वाले ही दे सकते हैं. तो अगर आपने इन दोनों में से किसी एक में ग्रेजुएशन या पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन किया है तो आप इस परीक्षा की तैयारी कर सकते हैं.
